Shipping policy

SERVICE UPDATE: Royal Mail are holding a series of ongoing strikes in the run up to Christmas. This will affect delivery times for all Royal Mail services. 

UK Orders - Items up to 2kg

All orders under 2kg will be dispatched as parcels using Royal Mail. Tracking details will be emailed to allow you to follow the progress of your order. 

Standard - Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour Delivery - £2.49

Express - DHL Tracked next day delivery - if ordered before 11am - £8.95

We aim to dispatch all orders placed by 11am the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the following day. 

Please note smaller items such as straps may be dispatched Royal Mail Second Class and are not able to be tracked. 

UK Orders - Items over 2kg

Items over 2kg will be sent by Parcel Force using 48 hour tracked delivery. 

Standard Parcel Force Delivery (48 hour tracked) - £5.95

Rest of the World

For the rest of the world the shipping cost depends on the weight of the parcel. All orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. 

Orders up to 1kg - £11.00

Orders 1kg to 2kg - £15.50

Orders 2kg to 3kg - £26.00

Orders 3kg and over - £30.00

Please note that in some countries tracking information may not be available once the parcel has left the Royal Mail system in the UK. 

Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed aims to deliver worldwide in 5-7 working days. 

Duty & VAT

All prices shown on the aqua-plane.co.uk website include UK VAT (value-added tax) at 20%. VAT is not charged on sales outside the UK. All items for delivery outside the UK (including the Channel Islands) are dispatched duty and VAT unpaid. Please be aware that you are responsible for any tax or duty payable when the goods arrive in your country. Your order may be delayed by customs authorities until you have paid any applicable duty and VAT.
